Community Through Amana Fest

Some people in our community—the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and low-income families—depend on reliable transportation to get to work, attend medical appointments, and care for their loved ones. A simple oil change can make the difference between staying on the road and being stranded.

Hello Fellow Servant of Christ,

Amanacare Ministries would like to invite your church or nonprofit organization to partner with us in hosting an Amana Fest event—providing FREE oil changes and basic vehicle inspections to those in need within your community.

We are seeking churches and nonprofit organizations willing to host this outreach by allowing us to use your parking lot on a Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm once a month for six months from May to October. There is no cost to your church or organization whatsoever. We bring the equipment, supplies, and trained team to conduct the event at your location.

PROMOTION. YES, we agree to promote the event at our own expense. This includes making announcements during our gatherings and posting event information on our social media platforms to help maximize community awareness and participation.

YOUR LOGO. YES, by submitting your logo, you grant us permission to use it for promotional purposes. This includes featuring your logo on our website, in event promotional materials, and in our Community Stars and Community Angels recognition platforms, to acknowledge and promote your partnership and support.
